How do I pay my rent?

There is actually multiple ways for you to pay your rent. We find that the most convenient way for our tenants to pay their dues is by a system called " E-Check". It has a $0.50 fee and takes the funds out of your account directly. We recommend you set up the auto-pay function to avoid any unwanted late fees. How can I get maintenance done in my unit?

We understand that things happen as time goes by. That's why we are here. In order for us to help you out, please sign in to your Buildium account by clicking here, and submitting a work order through your portal. In order to better understand the situation, please be sure to provide us with a detailed message, pictures, and time frames in which our vendors can access the property.

When is my rent due?

All of our properties are set to a standard of rent due on the 1st of every month. We allow a 5 day grace period for your rent to be paid. That means that you have from the 1st to the 6th of every month to pay your rent. If rent has not been paid by the 6th of the month, expect to see a $100.00 Non-Refundable Late Fee added to your balance. This fee is added on the 7th of the month.

Why was I charged a late fee?

It is likely that your rent was not paid as of the 6th of the month. If you have a late fee from a previous month and it has not been paid, it will carry over as a balance towards your next rent payment until it is paid. Can I terminate my lease early?

If you have rented through Green Lands Realty from the start of your lease, then there is an "early termination fee" of two months worth of rent to terminate early. If you are a tenant of a property that has been sold to one of our landlords during your lease period, then please give us a call at (305) 503-4121 so we may get you the proper information.

How can I add someone to my lease?

In order for someone to be added to your Lease Agreement, they would have to through the same process that you initially went through to move in. Please contact Leasing@lauraisyourrealtor.com so we may assist you in this process. Please be aware, if there is an association in place, the person HAS to apply through the association before we can move forward.
